Anil Raghavan joins Wardmore as Chief Financial Officer

Wardmore Health Capital has appointed Anil Raghavan as Chief Financial Officer. He joins from a commercial bank where he led its equipment asset-backed securitization group, structuring transactions for lessors of medical, agricultural and transport equipment.

Mr. Raghavan succeeds Philip Ardrey, Wardmore’s co-founder, who has been the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2014 and becomes Vice Chair, continuing on the board and leading the company’s relationships with health-system finance leaders.
