NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 3, 2024 — Wardmore Health Capital has closed a $375 million revolving warehouse facility with a group of four banks. The facility, held by a special-purpose subsidiary, Wardmore Health Funding I, LLC, has a three-year revolving period and replaces the company’s two earlier bank lines.
Leases, subscriptions and Utilization Pricing agreements are funded through the facility when they are signed and can later be refinanced in the term securitization market.
“This facility is built to be the first step toward a term securitization program,” said Anil Raghavan, Chief Financial Officer. “It gives us reporting, eligibility criteria and data that rating agencies will recognize.”
