Continuity Operations Analyst (overnight)

Work the overnight shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., four nights on and four off, in the Continuity Operations Center.

Monitor enrolled equipment, answer hospitals’ urgent calls, and review and confirm the actions the Continuity Operations queue recommends, within the center’s service-level targets.

Escalate to the duty manager at once when a hospital’s chief executive or nominated contact asks for one. You will have experience in a hospital, a medical device service center or a 24-hour operations role.
