Prepare the monthly servicer reports and distribution data for the Wardmore Healthcare Equipment Receivables Trusts and the bank warehouse facility, and maintain the lender and noteholder portal.
Answer questions from noteholders, rating agencies, the indenture trustee and lenders, and prepare the materials for quarterly calls.
You will have four or more years in asset-backed securities reporting, trustee services or structured finance, strong spreadsheet and SQL skills, and an eye for a number that does not tie.
