Payment fraud notice
We will never change our payment instructions by email.
Criminals sometimes impersonate lenders and send hospitals emails asking them to pay to a new bank account. These emails can look genuine and may come from an address that resembles ours.
What we will never do
- Change our remittance instructions by email or text message.
- Ask you to pay to a personal account or by gift card or cryptocurrency.
- Ask for your Client Center password.
What to do
If you receive a request to change how you pay us, do not act on it. Call your relationship manager on the number in your agreement, not a number in the email, or call our main line, (615) 019-4470. Our remittance instructions are printed on every statement in the Client Center and have not changed since your agreement began.
