Anil Raghavan

Anil Raghavan has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2023. He is responsible for finance, treasury, funding and investor relations, and led the company’s warehouse facility in 2024 and its first two term securitizations.

He spent eleven years in structured finance before Wardmore, most recently leading the equipment asset-backed securitization group of a commercial bank, where he structured transactions for lessors of medical, agricultural and transport equipment.

He is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the University of Michigan.
