Catherine Ebersole

Catherine Ebersole is Wardmore’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for legal, regulatory, compliance and the company’s agreements with hospitals, manufacturers and funders.

She joined in 2017 from a Nashville law firm, where she was a partner in its healthcare and finance practices and advised health systems on equipment leasing, joint ventures and the federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws.

She is a graduate of Duke University and Vanderbilt Law School.
